Flood Remediation
In the aftermath of a flood, it is often hard to know just
where to begin. When the water disperses you are left with a
cleanup operation of massive proportions, and once the initial clean
up is completed, there are still a number of contamination problems
to consider.
If your home has been flooded, we would recommend
reading the Health Protection
Agency guidelines. The guidelines explain the potential
contamination risks, give general advice on how to protect against
infection, and offer advice on acceptable cleaning techniques.
The main thing to keep in mind is that to date, infection problems
arising from floods in the UK are rare. If you have followed
the HPA guidelines, and there
is no apparent issue with contamination after experiencing a flood,
there should be no need for further action.
If however, you are concerned that there may be a contamination
issue, please feel free to contact us.
Buying, Selling or Renting?
There is
one thing that is almost as certain as death and taxes - people
move.
Whether you are moving into a new house, or about to sell or rent an
existing property, Ozone Ultra Clean can help.
Moving In?
When you move into a new house, the first thing most of us do is
clean it. Using Ozone technology we can perform a total sanitisation
process that will eliminate odours, bacteria, viruses,
infestations, allergens and even mould. The process can be performed on a single room, selected problem
areas or to the entire property - leaving the premises completely
clean and smelling only of fresh air.
Selling or Renting Out?
Every property has a smell. If it is your own house you
probably can't even smell it - but a prospective buyer or tenant
can! Have you ever been to view a property but were put off by
the smell?
If you are selling a property you need to maximise your chances
of clinching a deal. Don't leave anything to chance,
call Ozone Ultra Clean.
